B.L. Downey Company LLC is pleased to announce it has achieved DuPont Star Coater certification for REBAR, after an audit of its operations by DuPont CoatingSolutions

The audit focused on process review, part preparation, application, cure, quality tests, employee training, safety, customer satisfaction, DuPont loyalty and federal, state and local code compliance. Achieving Star Coater certification status demonstrates to customers that B.L. Downey Company meets the high standards of DuPont CoatingSolutions.

“DuPont CoatingSolutions established the Star Coater Program to assist custom coaters in facing the many demands of their industry with a continuous improvement mentality. B.
