Our exclusive Trinity
Finish has been in use for over 30 years
with complete customer satisfaction. With
the addition of an E-Coat prime coat, we
can provide you with a premium coating that
will pass the most demanding tests. This
finish is our Trinity Plus Finish. After
blasting with steel shot, your part will
receive an E-Coat Prime Coat within 8 hours,
then 2 coats of powder, either a finishing
top coat of Epoxy for indoor use or a tough
TGIC top coat for the outdoor environment.

Powder
Coating is the most protective finish for
both indoor and outdoor metal products. It
is decorative as well as enduring, and an
environmentally "friendly" quality
finish.
With 4 in-house steel shot wheelabrators,
your parts can be blasted, prime coated, then
top coated with the most appropriate resin
within 8 hours of the same day.
Our normal turn-a-round is 3 to 7 workdays.
All products coated with either Trinity or
Trinity Plus systems are thoroughly inspected
and packaged to arrive at their destination
safe and without damage. |
